Official Issuance Workflow
1. Identify Jurisdiction: Ensure you apply to the Embassy or Consulate that covers your
specific state or city of residence.
2. Check Application Mode:
If the mission is Outsourced (e.g., VFS, BLS), you must apply via their agency website.
If Direct, you must visit the Embassy personally.
3. Prepare Documents: Standard requirements include your Passport, Valid Visa or
Residence Permit, Proof of Address, and Photographs.
4. Payment: Fees are paid in local currency. VFS accepts cards. Embassies often require
Bank Drafts.
